These Terms of Service govern your use of iloveimg.online. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Site
iloveimg.online is an independent image-format converter operated from Italy by Giovanni Picaro as Operator. The Site converts uploads between 25+ image formats. Per About Us. Not affiliated with iLoveIMG.com per Brand Identity.
2. Free access
The Site is free to use. No payment, subscription, or registration required for conversion. Site supported by Google AdSense display advertising. No paid tier currently active.
3. Conversion-service acknowledgment
By using the conversion service, you acknowledge:
- Files travel server-side via HTTPS, are processed in memory or scratch directories, and auto-deleted within one hour. Per Data Handling.
- Conversion output is best-effort — library-based with format-specific trade-offs documented on Accuracy Disclaimer.
- You are responsible for the legal status of files you upload. The Site does not pre-screen content; uploading prohibited content (CSAM, infringing IP, illegal content) violates these Terms and applicable law.
- The Site is NOT a cloud-storage service. Files are not retained beyond the conversion window.
4. User obligations
- Use the Site lawfully.
- Upload only files you have rights to convert.
- Do not upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism / extremism content, counterfeit document imagery, or other illegal content. Per Responsible Use.
- Do not use the Site to circumvent watermarks, DRM, or licensing restrictions of paid services.
- Do not use the Site for commercial-scale automated conversion (rate limits enforce this; commercial use should use commercial converters like CloudConvert).
- Do not engage in scraping, denial-of-service, or other disruptive activity.
- Do not attempt to circumvent technical access controls or security headers.
- Do not impersonate iloveimg.online or misrepresent affiliation.
- Do not use the Site for cryptocurrency mining or unauthorised resource consumption.
5. Content responsibility
Per Responsible Use and Data Handling: the Site does not pre-screen image content with AI moderation. Responsibility for content rests with the uploader. The Site cooperates with valid legal process and abuse reports.
6. AI training prohibition
Use of any content on the Site for AI / ML / LLM training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or development is expressly prohibited. Asserted under EU Directive 2019/790 Art. 4 (Italian D.Lgs. 177/2021), the U.S. Copyright Act, Italian L. 633/1941. Full statement on Copyright Notice.
The Site does not use uploaded images to train AI per AI Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's editorial content (trust pages, conversion-engine wrapper code, format-catalog descriptions, design, structural arrangement) is © 2024-2026 iloveimg.online. Brief fair-use quotation with attribution permitted; substantial reproduction or systematic extraction requires permission via info [at] iloveimg [punto] online.
Conversion uses third-party libraries (ImageMagick, libvips, libheif, libavif, libraw, etc.) under their respective licenses (typically permissive open-source). Library credits and license respect preserved.
8. Editorial content is not professional advice
Per Disclaimer: the Site's content (format-catalog descriptions, accuracy notes, recommendations to use specific tools) is informational. Not legal, medical, or professional advice for regulated workflows.
9. No warranty
Site, conversion service, and content provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from defects, accuracy of every conversion output, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iloveimg.online and operator not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages from Site use, conversion errors, content errors, or ad behavior. Total aggregate liability for direct damages (where law permits) limited to amount paid — which is zero for free use. Does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law including Italian Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify iloveimg.online against claims from your breach of these Terms or unlawful Site use, including any claims arising from content you upload.
12. Third-party content and external links
Site links to third-party content (RFC documents, library documentation, regulatory pages). We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.
13. Advertising
Display advertising delivered by Google AdSense (active; pub-8857722445444177). Ads are not endorsements. Concerns: abuse [at] iloveimg [punto] online. Per AdSense Compliance and Affiliate Disclosure.
14. Termination
We may restrict or block access for users who breach these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
Material changes reflected in "Last updated" date.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
Terms governed by laws of Italy. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Taranto, Italy, except where consumer-protection law gives consumer non-derogable right under EU Regulation 1215/2012.
17. Severability
Unenforceable provisions don't affect remaining provisions.
18. Entire agreement
Terms with Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, DMCA Policy, Data Handling, Responsible Use constitute entire agreement.
