  • THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ILOVEIMG.ONLINE FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR

  • $100 USD

Exclusions and Limitations

YOU AND ILOVEIMG.ONLINE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Unless both you and ILoveImg.online agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Forum for Disputes

If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and ILoveImg.online agree that:
